  1. Peeled King Prawns: 250 gm
  2. Ginger: 1 Freshly Chopped
  3. Red Chilli Powder: 2 Teaspoon
  4. Virgin Olive Oil: 1 Tablespoon
  5. Garlic: Freshly Chopped 8 Cloves
  6. Lemon Juice: 60 ml
  7. Salt: 1 Teaspoon
  8. Yoghurt: 175 gm
  9. Paprika: 2 Teaspoon
  10. Cayenne Pepper: 1 Tablespoon
  11. Cumin Seeds: 1 Tablespoon
  12. Coriander Seeds: 1 Tablespoon
  13. Fennel Seeds: 1 Tablespoon
  14. Butter: 2 Tablespoon

Cooking Instructions

1. To follow Tandori King Prawn recipe, firstly, you need to prepare a delicious lemon chilli marinade. Mix all the ingredient as we emphasize.

2. Further, in either side of the prawn, cut a slit so that the marinade enters the prawn. Now, gently stir the prawn along with the marinade in a bowl. After the prawn is marinated correctly, set it aside for 10 minutes. In the second step, you will need to prepare the tandori masala paste when making Tandori King Prawn recipe. Properly grind the coriander, fennel and cumin seed in a coffee grinder.

3. Now put all the spices in a food processor and mix it with cold water for a while. You will see that it smoothens shortly. Further, swirl the yoghurt into the paste. Bring the prawn, mix it and leave for 10 minutes. Also, heat a grill pan on the stove and add some butter on it. Add prawns on the pan, keeping in mind that they don't sear or overlap each other.

4. Once the prawn becomes reddish-brown, reduce the heat and leave it for 5 minutes. Please keep checking the prawn so that you do not burn it.
